Market Analysis and Stock Setups to Watch - VMW, CSTR, VCI, DGIT

The market continues to be heavily oversold technically but overall it has not mattered as sell pressure continues to present itself. As I've said numerous times in the last few weeks CASH is not a bad place at all to be.

Tonight I want to start with some basic analysis of the overall market then lead into some good setups and stocks to watch in case the market does decide to kick start a several day or longer rally. It is a big IF though and any long positions should be accompanied an up-trending market alongside very TIGHT stops. No need to risky hefty capital when the market is so unpredictable.
