		<description>These ultra short ETFs are the stupidest instruments ever invented. Think of Citi: the share fell from 40 to 1 over a few months. you are making a killing with your supposedly double short strategy. suddenly the share moves from 1 back to 1.5 (i.e. 50% gain, which means you lose 2*50% = 100%). all in all, Citi shares fell from 40 to 1.5 and instead of making a killing on your supposedly short strategy, you actually get wiped-out!!! (BTW this is exactly what happened to many of the skf investors over past 12 months... financials fell by c. to 60% and SKF return was negative 15%!!)</description>
