I started this week asking a question, and that question was whether October 11th’s market sell off was a sign of a setback? Well, it was.
The NASDAQ and S & P 500 stormed to weekly lows on Friday on huge volume and with big numbers over 2.5%. The market can’t turn its back on the gloomy outlook of the economy with the housing market suffering big time and oil continuing to climb.
The overall market though didn’t affect the blog which hit another new high of subscribers on Thursday with 768 (Subscribe Now). This week the blog posted 7,414 page impressions from just over 3,000 visits according to sitemeter.

EMC and Mr. Softee will save us this week I hope. I’d love to see Apple blow the lid off their earnings but something tells me they may sell off almost regardless of what they report tomorrow. I posted on Stockpickr.com my crude TA on the market. If we can’t old at 13,500, I see us dropping down to about 13,100 (the 200 moving day average). I really hope that doesn’t happen. I can’t take any more pain!
Good luck this week.
