The 12B-1 Fee is particulary outrageous in my opinion. Any fund who has an expense ratio above 1.5% better have consistently excellent performance to even get considered. There are simply too many low expense mutual funds that are very formidable to be considering any high expense funds.

Is there any specific reasons why there are so many different fees (loads, no-loads, front, end, etc)? Or maybe it is just because they want to confuse investors
