NASDAQ Close Contest 1st Update

It has been kicked off, the 5th bi-weekly stock contest to see who can most closely guess the close of the NASDAQ Composite Index a week in advance. Whoever most closely guesses the close of this upcoming Friday, May 11th will be added to the hall of fame on the sidebar here at ST101 (view the sidebar for past winners).

If anyone can guess the close to the penny, I will hand them $150 CASH alongside the title.

Monday Leader Board (As of market close May 7th, 2570.95)

(Order = Contestant - Guess - Difference)

  1. Warren Buffet - 2572.15 - off by 1.20
  2. Dann - 2565.46 - off by 5.49
  3. Me! - 2563.69 - off by 7.26
  4. Ran Wei - 2563.13 - off by 7.82
  5. mataspeed - 2561.60 - off by 9.35
