Stock News Just For You
I couldn’t think of anything else that rhymed and sounded decent, so I opted with the Stock News just for you headline today! There is a lot of news out and about in the finance world though, and here they are:
Stock Market Headlines
- Nestle to Buy Gerber for $5.5 Billion!
- Vonage (VG) Founder Citron replaces Chief and plans job cuts. Basically, the Vonage CEO has stepped down.
- Retailers Ring up Robust Sales. Wal-Mart (WMT), Target (TGT), Gap (GPS), Ann Taylor (ANN), Limited Brands (LTD), JC Penny (JCP), and Kohl’s (KSS) amongst others are covered.
- Biotechs lift Nasdaq and the Dowtrims losses
- MSNBC dumps Imus simulcast. Perhaps those racial slurs are not a smart choice when speaking about the Rutgers women’s basketball team.
