Nasdaq Giveaway, 1st Update
Alright, the “guess the Nasdaq’s close for Friday March 23rd and win a Amazon.com gift certificate” contest has officially begun, and already the Nasdaq is down over 2%!! You submitted your guesses over this past weekend, and they are now all recorded in a beautiful excel sheet. We had 17 contestants total, a new record for our small but optimistic communtiy here at Stock Trading 101!
To show how sweet giveaways/contests are here at ST101, every update I will list the current “leader” up, and if this person has a site of their own, I will be doing a one paragraph review of their site. Below this I will list the 2nd and 3rd contestants with a link to their site (again if they have one). You can find a list of all of our contestants and their price guesses here.

Middle Class Millionaire is hosted over at blogspot.com, and his blog really seems to contain a good variety of information. For instance the last four posts cover a fundamental post on Proctor and Gamble, a personally purchase of EIT.UN, a quick highlight discussion on a Mutual Fund Fees article, and some insight on re-investing dividends. From what I can see here the blog was started here in mid January 2007. Who is MCM really? From his Bio, “I’m a millionaire wannabe with a plan, and an obsession with stocks and retirement planning”. Check out his site and shoot him a solid “BuMp!” on me.
