$20 Giveaway
To help spur some activity within our community here, I am offering up a $20 Amazon.com gift certificate (think of the possibilities… movies, books, magazines, heck even food) to anyone who can perform one or all of the tasks listed below. Each one you do gives you one entry in the prize pool, for a total of three possible entries to earn. This time next week I will announce the winner, who will get to go on the massive shopping spree at Amazon. So, here is how you can earn entries in the “give me a $20 gift certificate to Amazon.com so I can splurge and buy something very interesting Blain” giveaway.

- Leave a comment on this post.
- Subscribe to the feed. In a Reader or by Email will do, and leave a comment on this post expressing your verbal excitement for joining the RSS (automatically counts for #2 as well)!
If you are already an RSS subscriber, then simply let me know in a comment and I will add an extra entry to your total. In the end, what we have here are three very easy ways to gain entries for the insanely awesome, glorious, beautiful, and most importantly free gift certificate from Amazon.com.
Hmmm… this thought just came to me, what if next time I did a stock picking contest. Pick one stock, and the person who’s stock grows the most over the next few weeks wins a prize. Winner gets a free sandwich and a starbucks gift card. Mmmmm, Yes, that does sound good…. but what kind of sandwich?

I too came from John Chow DOT Com. I like the site. I too am planning a portfolio optimization website for the near future as well. I subscribed the the RSS feed to keep tabs on the web site and joined the MBL community so I should be in line for 3 spots in the draw.
