Leisure Gaming/Equip Industry Group Breakout Coming?

As I sit here and watch my screens REAL TIME, I am watching shares of International Game Technology (IGT) hit a new intraday high of $42.50…
Make that $42.65 as the stock just gapped over the last 1 minute and 17 seconds. Volume on the stock is now over 1.1 million.
Anyways, the stock gapped up this morning, and its counterpart Las Vegas Sands (LVS) which I spoke about last week with its earnings, is also up 1.5% (real time), with its last tick being at $73.79. These two companies are the #1 and #2 (LVS being #1) stocks in the Leisure Gaming/Equip IBD Industry Group. And if you look at the chart below this line you can see the group is forming the right side of its base. If these two stocks can continue to lead, is a group breakout on the horizon?
