Volume and Base Watch, ISE

Posted by Blain Reinkensmeyer on Wednesday November 1, 2006

After posting a strong earnings report, the International Securities Exchange (ISE) broke to a new all time high of $55.13. The stock spent the next week taking profits and creating a new base on declining daily volume. I am posting on ISE today to signal an accumulation day watch on the stock which could resemble a push to test all time highs coming around the corner. Currently the stock is up over $1.60, or 3.15% to about $53. Intra-day highs on the day are currently $53.30. Buy point on this stock is when it clears new highs and trades above $55.23.
