The market opened nicely today with teh NASDAQ up about 15, and stocks like Adobe (ADBE) and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) were up and running. As of 10:40 AM ICE is up 10.66% and ADBE is up 11.62%. Adobe released positive earnings by $.03 and give in line guidance, and the Interncontinental Exchange rallied on plans to buy out NYBOT.

Meanwhile things weren’t so positive for Ford (F), and the stock is trading under $8 a share, down just over 12%. There is a whole slew of problems under their roof, but today the downward spiral is driven by some outlook that the company has no plans to go private.
