S&P 500 Bullish?

Is the S&P ready to rally? In my last post I took a more neutral view, just pointing out the support and resistance, but it seems the S&P 500 has created an inverse head and shoulders patterns and has not only broken, but tested the neckline! You technicians should be very bullish from this news!
