Stock Market Indices Summary

The market had a strong close today, with the S & P 500 leading closing above the 200 day moving average on higher volume making today an accumulation day. The Nasdaq finished up as well, with nearly the same volume as yesterday, but still enough to be considered accumulation. Overall:

S & P 500 _ +7.97 _ +.63%

Nasdaq Composite _ +12.06 _ +.58%

Dow Jones Ind. _ +52.95 _ +.48%
