Want lunch with the greatest investor of all time? Well, you can get it, but it’ll cost you of course.
Lunch with Warren Buffett has been a tradition to be auctioned for the last few years. The proceeds benefit the Glide Foundation and the history of bids is pretty impressive. Two years ago the luncheon went for over 250k, last year over 350k, and so far this year the current bid is an impressive $455,100. The auction is being held through Ebay and you have to be pre-approved before you can bid. The winner though can have up to seven guests attend the luncheon which is in NYC every year. Don’t think you will get your travel paid for though, that’s all covered by you.
